New "Covid-19" cancellation policies

Can you see the light at the end of the tunnel? We do, and we believe we will soon be able to relax a little bit. Meanwhile, we relaxed our cancellation policies ;-)

In response to the new coronavirus pandemic (SARS-CoV-2) and the uncertainties that derive from it, we have decided to relax some of our cancellation policies. We hope this can make your booking and travelling more of a hassle-free experience for you, your family and friends.

If you cancel more than 30 days before check-in date

You will enjoy a free cancellation, thus receiving a full refund of whatever amount of money you already paid to us.

If you cancel 30 days or less before check-in date

The reason for your cancellation must be one of the following:

  1. Travel restrictions have intervened within the 30-day timeframe, so that you are objectively unable to reach Pico.
  2. You and/or somebody travelling to Pico with you have tested positive to SARS-CoV-2 virus or are subject to quarantine.

You booked an activity-only package (no accommodation)

OPTION 1. You get an 80% refund in money, calculated on the amount you already paid to us.
OPTION 2. You get a 100% voucher, covering the full amount you paid to us, valid for 2 years and freely transferable.

You booked a package with an accommodation that applies our "Covid-19" policy

OPTION 1. You can get an 80% refund in money, calculated on the amount you already paid to us.
OPTION 2. You can get a 100% voucher, covering the full amount you paid to us, valid for 2 years and freely transferable.

You booked a package with an accommodation that does NOT apply our "Covid-19" policy

OPTION 1. You can get an 80% refund in money for the amount you paid to us for the activities, but not for the accommodation.
A partial refund for the accommodation, if applicable, will be calculated based on the cancellation policy applied by the company that owns the accommodation.
OPTION 2. You can get a 100% voucher that covers the full amount you paid to us for the activities, but NOT for the accommodation. A partial voucher for the accommodation, if applicable, will be issued based on the cancellation policy applied by the company that owns the accommodation.

Once you enquire for any of the packages and educational programmes you can find in our website, indicating the type of accommodation you prefer, our booking assistants will let you which ones are aligned with our special "Covid-19" policy.
